Let's Talk

Are you ...

  • Pondering a question or concern that would benefit from a brief consultation with a counselor?
  • Curious about counseling and want to find out more about it?
  • Concerned about a friend or family member and would like information or advice?
  • Interested in a counselor’s perspective but hesitant to try out counseling?

If any of the above applies, CAPS has a program just for you! Let’s Talk is a drop-in service offering students a chance to stop different locations around campus by for a brief, confidential conversation with a professional counselor to receive consultation, support, referrals, and advice.  Let’s Talk is held several afternoons a week (see schedule, below).

Let’s Talk consultations are

  • Free
  • Confidential and anonymous
  • Drop in: No appointment necessary

This page is the best place to find the most up-to-date information, and we also often post updates on our Facebook pagePlease note that Let's Talk is not offered on holidays when CAPS is closed, during the summer, during finals week, or between quarters.
