Welcome
Happy New Year! 2020 has been a difficult year with many challenges around remote learning, trauma and racial injustice issues, living back at home, isolation, anxiety and depression, COVID-19 concerns, wildfires, and other stressors. In 2021, many of the stressors are the same. We want you to know that CAPS is here to support you! We can help you build new skills, learn how to manage stressors, build your confidence, resolve problems, and identify alternatives to help you be successful as a UCSC student. We are committed to providing timely, culturally appropriate, and effective mental health services to all UCSC students, as well as consultation to faculty staff and families. CAPS is here for you for any concern or problem – so please view our website for our different programs and contact us!
