Accessing your mental health records

All students have immediate access to their clinical records entered by their mental health clinician in Health e-Messenger (for Counseling, Psychiatry, and Case Management) as soon as they are completed. Your medical information can only be viewed by individuals who are legitimately involved in your care. If you have any questions about this policy, please speak with your mental health clinician at your next appointment.

How to keep your mental health records private

To maintain your privacy, it is important to keep your Health e-Messenger login and password (your CruzID and Gold password) confidential.
