CAPS groups and programs calendar

The group calendar provides a full schedule of counseling and support groups aimed at enhancing student mental health and well-being throughout the academic year. Topics include managing intense emotions, eating disorders, trauma recovery, and stress management, with opportunities for peer and therapeutic support.
